How large is your pattens.ini file?

patterns.ini is 512 KB
patterns.ini-temp is 555 KB

Close Firefox.

Ctrl + Shift + Esc -> Processes tab
Close any instances of firefox.exe and plugin-container.exe.

Windows Key + R -> cmd
type cd and paste the directory patterns.ini is in (ex. C:\Users\Seth\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\bpwwitf9.default\adblockplus)
Enter.
DEL /F /Q patterns.ini
Enter.

Replace with the patterns.ini-temp, which is I assume a backup you made?

The temp file is just there, I had to enable 'view system files' for the patterns.ini to show.

I tried doing it and it doesn't work, can't you read?

Also, in case you couldn't tell, installing Chrome is a joke. I've had Chrome before and promptly uninstalled because it doesn't have an extension for rocker gestures that I can customize.
