Rendering & Encoding 1080p

So I can record in full-size 1920x1080 at 60 FPS while maintaining 70-90 FPS on Blacklight, which I'm surprised at, but can anyone link or give a decent guide for Vegas as well as MeGUI settings for these settings? Previously I used the encoding guide on here, but apparently it's shitty. Google isn't very helpful. Comments on the guides have been pointing out that the guide is either bad or needlessly time-consuming. Preferably just a code I can use for MeGUI.
