Because CA is making shit tons of cash.
The possibility that Valve can whip CA into shape to where it isn't a clusterfuck of glitches and hacks could make even more cash for both valve and Nexon.

Don't remember where I saw it but Nexon has worked with Valve before, CA isn't a bad game, the players are.

I've used the Tracker before, but the Strider just seems to work more for me.
