First one I have no clue but audacity works fine.

Foobar v Winamp comes down to personal preference, unless you have a shitty computer since foobar uses less memory. I prefer Winamp.

Media player classic blows.

as far as i know, KMPlayer is a one trick pony, similar to lolVLC. Media Player Classic + MadVR + LAV filters + xy-vsfilter is still one of the best combinations of there.
