Phenom II X4 are pretty cheap now. I don't like those A-series(not sure about the E2 APU) processors and would go for Deneb.

Also that PSU is sort of overkill, you could downgrade it to like a 650w and get a better CPU fan rather than stock. If you do this, try for a Hyper 212 Plus. Pretty decent fan.

You'd be better off buying this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103924 since the only reason that 3870 would be better is if you weren't buying a GPU.

Note that the X4 975 doesn't come with a fan though.
