Low FPS Empty Low FPS

I get 7??????
Is there a way to fix this? I could barely point my mouse in the game menu due to the lag.

direct x11 off, settings all low (it honestly doesn't look as bad as shitbadarms with highest settings, and there's one more thing... inb4carey

i get a very smooth 40-60fps

You might not need to completely lower all the settings. I find the main things that fuck with my FPS (particularly when recording). Is DX11, Particle Effects and Fog Volume. The rest can be on medium/high depending on your computer.
