Not Pay2Win, nor is the playerbase faggotry.
System reqs too high, a lot of people can't play. Also every map is gray and dark and makes the game feel more boring than it should.
Lots of grinding, too.

MS quints, ad reds, armor yellows and mr blues.
That rune set will work in 90% of situations. Even for ap carries, the ad helps with last hitting and auto attack harassing. If you're annie, swain, ahri, or anyone with a really great auto attack, they're op.
