It is REALLY good, I just finished watching episode 2 and I think this need to be added on a special list known as "must watch". There have been so little "good anime" these past few months that I was starting to lose hope.
Anyways if you are into "feel good" anime then you should really watch it. :3

I actually have no idea. I only seen eps 2 so far and the story seems good, I might start to read the manga but come on stop nitpicking.

you mean Persona 4? according to MAL: HorribleSubs (CR subs), Doki, Commie, Shini are subbing.

Commie will have very liberal subs, judging from steins;gate. same with CR. Doki will probably be more literal, but their translation quality is inconsistent because they've got like dozens of translators.
i don't know about shini.
