Doobic Studios did make Combat Arms, so it's only natural that they would retain the sound files used for the guns in CA.

All gaming companies rehash sounds from previous games, especially if they make sequels to them, (CoD games during WWII, even if "new" weapons are introduced, they more than likely rehash sounds from other guns for those weapons).
