If they only fixed the viewpoint when crouched then it doesn't even fix nametagging in like 99% of cases since the viewpoint while standing is still probably off centered to the left by a few inches and you can rotate your model/hitbox while keeping your viewpoint the same lul. Its probably just another bandaid fix to a much larger problem that doesn't really solve anything like everything nexon has ever done.

Also god damn what have they done to the website it is such shit.

True, it took Nexon 3+ years to fix an exploit that could've been done in two months, at the very least.

Of course, that only tells me it's the fault of management and how they allocate resources.
