That would make sense if they did increase the GP rate too. Its easy to earn enough money to buy specs now.

Nexon is also getting people addicted to the extra speed and/or tanking ability and when they kill the event, people will go through a withdrawl-like symptom that will hopefully [from Nexon's POV] make them buy nx in order to keep them all speedy and nubby.
