There is no good youtube video explaining shoulder peeking, closest one was the one by Kris.

Was supposed to make video yesterday forgot, oh well I'll get it done by sometime next weekend.

I'll give you a very brief definition I suppose at least until video.

The view you see at in CA from you perspective is off centered to the left slightly, because of this when you take cover behind any wall on your right so that your left shoulder is sticking out you can see them perfectly, but they cannot see you perfectly.

Nametag peeking is the perfection of a shoulder peek to where you have a one pixel or left hitbox so that when someone aims at you all the can see is their nametag, hence how it got its name.
