Permanent Spec? Empty Permanent Spec?

So my friend gave me an account with a perm spec, and nothing else that useful. So, how much nx stuff would I get for the spec? I want to trade the account with perm spec for some other nx stuff for ixsinn. Only will trade with clan members. Just name how much nx, and I'll think about it. Not sure at all about how much, though.

Don't bother trading it, personally I wouldn't bother to switch accounts just to use a spec when I can just buy one with GP (and so can everyone in the clan since we're all CSM+)

I can buy a spec for like 3 years with my GP, and by that time, this game will more likely than not be dead.
