Back in 2008, the edit button can unlock locked thread, so Nexon remove the button, and, until now, they don't fix it.

I remember the 08 days. Didn't paid attention why they took out the edit button till now.

They took out avis and sigs because of?

Security reason. They were afraid that someone will insert computer virus or keylogger into avatars and sigs to harm players or steal player's information.
